Meet the instructor

Alison started yoga in 2012 unaware of just how much impact it would have on her life. She found the benefits to be enormous on a physical, mental and emotional level.

In 2021 she completed her 200 hours Yoga teacher training with Vinyasa flow as the main style of yoga. She has subsequently done a further 100 hours to teach Yin yoga and a further 50 hours incorporating strength training to be able to teach the different styles of yoga that she feels so passionate about.

Each class differs so that you are working different parts of the body, improving flexibility, building strength, reducing stress and enhancing mental clarity. Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced before, she looks forward to welcoming you on the mat to empower you on your journey towards personal growth and wellbeing.
